Rental price per week 2000-5000€. The property lies in the heart of Elviria and is ideal as a holiday home. The villa is completely furnished and decorated with care, has a good distribution of space and its interior is kept ample. The main floor comprises of an entrance, a guest bathroom and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with breakfast area and a big storage. Furthermore, there is a modern and ample living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace which allows views to the garden and pool. The 50 sqm all year heated pool is 1-2m deep and the heating cost (upto 28 degrees) is incl in the rental fee. There is a bedroom with en suite bathroom as well. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a huge walk in wardrobe. Here you can enjoy lovely views from one of the terraces to the sea.

The garden boasts a pool and enough space for having a bath in the sun and children can play around. The outside sitting area is cosy and perfect for a dinner and or a bbq outside. Furthermore, the property has marble floors, a/c , various tv channels and internet connection. Parking for 2 cars on the plot and 2/3 cars in the under garage. This house is ideal for holidays as you can walk in approx. 10 minutes to the commercial centre of Elviria and from there approx 10 further minutes to the beach.

“This was our second stay in the beautiful villa and as last year, we loved it. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, but a quick walk will get You to the supermarket and several restaurants. The house is ideal for a bigger family (or multiple families) – we especially loved the garden and the pool. Pool is heated, so it’s warm enough for smaller kids to swim in and big enough for adults to take a good swim. We recommend this villa highly for everyone!”

“Our family group of 8 had a great time. Owner very helpful, cheerful and responsive. Villa in excellent condition and everything worked well incl aircon, WiFi and sat TV. Great pool, terrace and garden outside- all well maintained. Walkable to shops, restos and beach. Close to Puerta Banus etc and brilliant climbing activity centre for all ages within easy walking distance. Lots of fun activities to do in area: we went quading, canyoning and rock climbing and were always happy to return to the house to have drinks on the terrace and swim in the pool.
